01 Deposit & Tempah SemulaDeposit & Rescheduling
- Deposit RM50 (tidak dikembalikan) diperlukan untuk kunci slot tempahan.
- Nak tukar tarikh? Maklumkan sekurang-kurangnya 48 jam sebelum janji temu. Tukar last-minute boleh sebabkan deposit hangus.
- Baki penuh dibayar sejurus kerja selesai.
- A non-refundable RM50 deposit is required to secure your booking slot.
- Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 48 hours before the appointment. Last-minute changes may forfeit the deposit.
- Full balance is paid right after the job is completed.
02 Akses & Kelegaan Kenderaan (2.3m)Vehicle Access & Clearance (2.3m)
- Kenderaan kami tinggi 2.3m dan tidak boleh masuk basement dengan kelegaan rendah (biasanya 2.1m).
- Pelanggan perlu sediakan akses ke loading bay aras bawah atau parkir luar. Saman atau caj clamping akibat akses terhad ditanggung pelanggan.
- Our vehicle is 2.3m tall and cannot enter basements with low clearance (typically 2.1m).
- Customers must provide access to a ground-floor loading bay or outdoor parking. Fines or clamping fees due to restricted access are the customer's responsibility.
03 Tenaga Kerja & Caj TanggaManpower & Staircase Charges
- Sebut harga standard termasuk pengangkutan & bantuan pemandu sahaja.
- Barang berat/besar (peti sejuk besar, motosikal) perlukan pembantu tambahan dari pelanggan, kecuali Helper Service ditempah awal (caj tambahan dikenakan).
- Caj tangga: RM15–RM30 setiap tingkat setiap orang, bergantung berat & kerumitan barang.
- Standard quotes include transport & driver assistance only.
- Heavy/bulky items (large fridges, motorcycles) require extra helpers from the customer, unless Helper Service is pre-booked (surcharge applies).
- Staircase charges: RM15–RM30 per floor per person, depending on weight & complexity.
04 Pengangkutan Kenderaan & PDPAVehicle Transport & PDPA
- Gambar Geran asal & IC pemilik wajib untuk pengesahan sebelum kenderaan/motosikal dimuatkan.
- Privasi: semua dokumen peribadi hanya digunakan untuk pengesahan keselamatan dan tidak dikongsi dengan pihak ketiga.
- A photo of the original Grant & owner's IC is mandatory for verification before loading any vehicle/motorcycle.
- Privacy: all personal documents are used solely for security verification and are never shared with third parties.
05 Rekod Keadaan Barang (Cap Masa)Condition Record (Timestamped)
- Kami rekod keadaan barang sebelum & selepas dimuatkan menggunakan kamera bercap masa & lokasi GPS.
- Rekod ini jadi rujukan akhir sekiranya ada pertikaian mengenai kerosakan sedia ada.
- We record the condition of items before & after loading using a timestamped, GPS-tagged camera.
- This record serves as the final reference for any dispute regarding pre-existing damage.
06 Ketepatan Masa & Caj MenungguPunctuality & Waiting Charges
- 20 minit pertama menunggu adalah percuma. Selepas itu, RM20 dikenakan setiap blok 30 minit.
- Jika pelanggan tidak dapat dihubungi selepas 45 minit ketibaan, tempahan dibatalkan dan deposit hangus.
- The first 20 minutes of waiting are free. After that, RM20 is charged per 30-minute block.
- If the customer cannot be reached within 45 minutes of arrival, the booking is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
07 Permit & KebenaranPermits & Authorization
- Pelanggan bertanggungjawab mendapatkan permit pindah daripada pengurusan bangunan/keselamatan.
- Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kelewatan atau penolakan masuk akibat dokumen tidak lengkap.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining moving permits from building management/security.
- We are not liable for delays or entry refusals due to incomplete documentation.
08 Had Muatan & Keselamatan CuacaCargo Limits & Weather Safety
- Barang yang tiada dalam sebut harga asal tertakluk kepada ruang yang ada dan caj tambahan (RM20–RM50 seunit).
- Operasi mungkin dihentikan sementara semasa cuaca ekstrem (hujan lebat/ribut) demi keselamatan barang dan krew.
- Items not listed in the original quote are subject to available space and additional charges (RM20–RM50 per unit).
- Operations may be temporarily paused during extreme weather (heavy rain/storms) for the safety of cargo and crew.
09 Liabiliti & Barang BerhargaLiability & Valuables
- Kami sediakan ikatan/strapping profesional. Kerosakan dalaman pada elektronik/barang mudah pecah akibat pembungkusan DIY yang lemah tidak dilindungi.
- Liabiliti kami untuk kerosakan tidak sengaja akibat pengendalian dihadkan kepada RM200 atau jumlah bayaran perkhidmatan (mana yang lebih rendah).
- Barang peribadi berharga (wang tunai, barang kemas, gajet, dokumen sensitif) perlu diuruskan sendiri oleh pelanggan.
- We provide professional strapping/securing. Internal damage to electronics/fragile items caused by poor DIY packaging is not covered.
- Our liability for accidental handling damage is capped at RM200 or the total service fee, whichever is lower.
- Valuable personal items (cash, jewelry, gadgets, sensitive documents) must be personally handled by the customer.
10 Caj Waktu PuncakPeak Hour Surcharge
- Tempahan semasa waktu puncak (9–11 pagi & 5–7 petang) tertakluk kepada caj tambahan RM20–RM30 disebabkan kesesakan jalan raya yang menjejaskan masa perjalanan.
- Pelanggan akan dimaklumkan tentang caj ini semasa sebut harga awal sebelum tempahan disahkan.
- Bookings during peak hours (9–11 AM & 5–7 PM) are subject to an additional RM20–RM30 surcharge due to traffic congestion affecting travel time.
- Customers will be informed of this charge during the initial quote before booking is confirmed.
